Yaroslav Radziwill (PhD)


Founder and board member of the Radziwill Law Office since 2018. Attorney-at-law since 2017 (license number 1141). Listed as Assistant to Counsel at the International Criminal Court since 2021.

Previously participated in counter-terrorism projects led by the task forces of the United Nations and the Council of Europe (CTITF, CODEXTER), fought police corruption as part of the National Foundation for Democracy and Human Rights in Uganda, participated in the monitoring of detention conditions in prisons for the Kosovo Rehabilitation Center for Torture Victims.

Peer-reviewed publications include Cyber-Attacks and the Exploitable Imperfections of International Law (book).
